The part was an exact fit. Design of the heater allowed the part to be removed with just a screwdriver.

My handyman replaced the 14-year old heating element. Tips: take photos as you disassemble the ceiling exhaust and heating device. Also, vacuum the dust collected on all the interior surfaces. That layer of fluff can't be good for a new element. May c
