How do I return an item?
For new, unused, undamaged parts less than 60 days old, mail back with a copy of your order. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Items received with shipping damage or defective in the first 60 days (including packing errors):

Contact us first before returning defective items or shipping damage. We'll replace at no charge.

You do not need to contact us for returns that are 1) Not defective 2) Not damaged. Simply mail back with a copy of your order or packing list.

Anything else (excluding electronic parts & charge parts) within 60 days:

We gladly accept returns for a full refund within 60 days (excluding electronic parts). Items must be new, and never installed for a full refund. Open or missing packaging is ok.

Electronic parts are not returnable. For defective parts, contact us for a replacement.

After 60 days and up to one year:

We'll gladly exchange the part for the same item or the most current manufacturer's substitute.

Electronic parts and core charge parts:

Electronic parts are not returnable. For defective parts, contact us for a replacement.

Core charge parts are returnable, but the maximum refund is the amount of the core charge.

Return Procedure:

On a copy of the original packing list:
  1. Make sure your contact information is correct, including email and phone
  2. Add your model AND serial number
  3. Add your reason for return
  4. Mail to the return address below
  5. Allow 7-10 days after return for the return to be processed.

No restocking fees are charged on uninstalled items in factory sealed bags or uninstalled items in intact, unmarked (but may be opened) factory boxes.

Shipping charges are not refundable
