These knobs look and feel beautiful and I have no complaints with Virginia Service Supply. But shame on you Bosch! The material where the knob fits over the control stem is made of plastic. Our (very expensive) stove has cracks in all 5 knobs in less than two years - with one completely broken. I work in an engineering test lab and know a thing or two about product design - there is NO WAY this high stress area interface should ever by made of plastic! It is destined to fail!

It’s sad that Bosch makes such fragile knob’s, but it’s really because they use a plastic material to let the red led through, if somehow they where able to use something more stronger and not susceptible to melting (stove tops get hot!!) it would be a great appliance
But virgina was quick to ship and offered a great price.
