Excellent! Got my part in good time and it was correct.

I tried to order a knob for my Whirlpool range top by looking at the wrong code numbers. A rep from VSS replied to my email request for help and the situation was efficiently resolved.

VSS supplied the correct part quickly and fit well. The part itself is somewhat flimsy (it's my second replacement) but that's Whirpool's problem.

Second time I have purchased these. they look nice but last time only lasted a little under 2 years.

the knob is good and fits the 4 out of the 5 knob, it seems like the 5th knob is a different size which should have been clarified on the website.

After a couple of attempts to find the right knobs with other companies, we finally got it right with Virginia Service Supply. Thank you for you correct part listings and timely service.

I ordered the wrong stove knob TWICE!! Easy to return and finally got the one/type for my stove. Not the companies fault that I ordered wrong ones. Again, no issues returning them and getting the one I needed.

The knobs appear to be the perfect replacement knob. The numbers match exactly. Unfortunately they are lacking a plastic stem, and do not fit on the range. Please advise, is there a stem I can order to fix this situation?
